Loading and shipping of ceramic filter equipment exported to Peru
On April 18, 2023, our company produced and exported ceramic filters to Peru, which were packed and shipped. Ceramic filter is a dehydration equipment mainly composed of ceramic filter plates, roller systems, mixing systems, ore feeding and discharging systems, vacuum systems, filtrate discharge systems, scraping systems, backwashing systems, combined cleaning (ultrasonic cleaning, automatic acid mixing cleaning) systems, fully automatic control systems, tanks, and racks.
1. At the beginning of work, the filter plate immersed in the slurry tank forms a thick layer of particle accumulation on the surface of the filter plate under vacuum. The filtrate is filtered through the filter plate to the distribution head and reaches the vacuum barrel.
2. In the drying area, the filter cake continues to dehydrate under vacuum until it meets production requirements.
3. After the filter cake is dried, it is scraped off by a scraper in the discharge area and directly slides to the fine sand tank or transported to the desired location through a belt.
4. The discharged filter plate finally enters the backwash zone, and the filtered water enters the filter plate through the distribution head. After backwashing, the particles blocked on the micropores are backwashed, completing the filtration operation cycle of one revolution.
5. Ultrasonic cleaning, after a certain period of cyclic operation of the filter medium, usually takes 8 to 12 hours. At this time, in order to ensure the unobstructed micropores of the filter plate, ultrasonic cleaning and chemical cleaning are combined, usually for 45 to 60 minutes, to completely separate some solid substances that have not been backwashed off from the filter plate from the filter medium, in order to ensure high efficiency in driving again.
Traditional vacuum filters have high energy consumption, high operating costs, high cake moisture, low work efficiency, low automation, high failure rate, heavy maintenance workload, and high filter cloth consumption.
