Dissolved Air Flotation Machine mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Air flotation machine:
The steel structure is the core of the main body of the sewage treatment machine. It is internally composed of releaser, outlet pipe, sludge tank, scraper and transmission system. The releaser is located in the front end of the air flotation machine, i.e. the air flotation area, which is the key component for the production of microbubbles. The dissolved air water from the dissolved air tank is fully mixed with the waste water here and suddenly released to form micro bubbles with a diameter of about 20-80um, which adhere to the flocs in the waste water, so as to reduce the specific gravity of the flocs and rise, and the clean water is completely separated. The water outlet pipes are evenly distributed at the lower part of the box and connected to the upper overflow through a vertical main pipe. The overflow outlet is equipped with a water level regulating overflow weir to facilitate the regulation of the water level in the box. The sludge pipe is installed at the bottom of the box to discharge the sediment deposited at the bottom of the box. The upper part of the box body is provided with a sludge tank, which is provided with a scraper, which rotates continuously. Continuously scrape the floating sludge into the sludge tank and automatically flow to the sludge tank.
2. Dissolved gas system:
The air dissolving system is mainly composed of air dissolving tank, air storage tank, air compressor and high-pressure pump. The air storage tank, air compressor and high-pressure pump are determined according to the equipment design. Generally, the air floatation machine with a treatment capacity of less than 100m3 / h adopts dissolved air pump, which is related to the water quality and quantity, and the principle of economy is considered. The key function of the air dissolving tank is to accelerate the full contact between air and water. It is a closed pressure steel tank, which is internally designed with baffle, spacer and jet device, which can accelerate the diffusion and mass transfer process of air and water body and improve the gas dissolution efficiency.
3. Reagent tank:
Steel round tank or glass fiber reinforced plastic (optional) is used to dissolve and store liquid medicine. Two upper tanks are equipped with stirring devices, and the other two are reagent storage tanks. The volume is matched with the processing capacity.
